New Song "Say Something," Wears T-Shirt By Christina Aguilera

uilt a career singing classic pop with R&B and dance influences, but on the Nov. 5 live episode of The Voice, Christina Aguilera tried something brand new. The powerhouse vocalist performed her new single "Say Something" with lesser-known indie group A Great Big World.

The acoustic tune was drastically different from her Great Gatsby-inspired dance number, "How I Feel," which she performed with rapper Flo Rida on the Nov. 4 episode of the hit NBC show.

Instead of the see-through bodysuit she rocked on Monday night, the slimmed-down star opted for jeans, a T-Shirt, and a black beanie for her simplistic second performance. The Grammy-winning artist provided soft harmonies during the ballad's verses, and then used the choruses to really shine, showing off her raw, unaffected vocal talent.

Though the pop diva has had plenty of stripped-down singles, including her Grammy-winning hit "Beautiful," this was one of her most vocally vulnerable performances.

After The Voice appearance, "Say Something" hit the no. 2 spot on the iTunes charts, beating out all of the show's contestants' singles.
