The 23-year-old Hunger Games star was getting along splendidly with the 75-year-old film veteran at the bash being held at The Roosevelt Hotel, part of AFI FEST 2013 and presented by Audi.

Jennifer sported her slicked back, short new hairdo and, despite the fact that she says she refuses to diet, looked exceptionally slim in her figure-revealing black outfit.
Her risque get-up featured a cleavage-baring top and cut-outs that her black blazer did little to conceal.
Jane was similarly attired in a glittery black sequin blazer and classy black trousers that she paired with black patent heels.

Russell directed Jennifer in Silver Linings Playbook, and he also helmed The Fighter with Mark Wahlberg and Three Kings starring Wahlberg and George Clooney.
