Been sick as hell for 2 days!': Kim Zolciak posts photo of her hooked up to IV drip in hospital after being struck down with flu

Kim Zolciak gave birth to twins less than two months ago.
Though not exactly the best timing, the 35-year-old reality star has come down with the flu, landing her in the hospital.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star posted a photo of her arm hooked up to an IV drip on Thursday to her Instagram account.

She appears to be lying on a hospital bed, covered in soft blankets.

However, her illness hasn't stopped her from being the doting mother, as she posted another image to her social media accounts on Friday of her kissing her baby boy, Kane, on the lips.
Kane, who has a twin sister, Kaia, is wearing a little striped beanie in the black and white photo.

The babies were born on November 25, 2013.
It seems her husband, Kroy Biermann, will be perfectly willing to carry some extra weight while the blonde bombshell is ill.

On January 1, Kim tweeted: 'Took a 5hr NAP today! Is that even considered a nap! Hubby let me sleep, woke up 2 dinner, all babies bathed in the bed & the house so quiet.'
Kim and the Atlanta Falcons defensive end married in November 2011. They are already parents to sons KJ, 2, and Kash, 12 months.
The Bravo reality star is also a mom to daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12 from previous relationships - whom Kroy adopted in July.
