filmed while have laser surgery on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The new mum clearly wasn't happy with the stretch marks on her boobs following her pregnancy and decided to go through the painful procedure of getting them removed. Ouch.

In the latest episode of the hit E! reality show, the image-conscious star goes to visit a cosmetic surgeon with pal Jonathan Cheban to try and sort out her 'wrinkly' hands.

She tells the doctor: "I’m like obsessed with my hands. I think they look really wrinkly. Is there anything to tighten them?"But Kim soon discovers that the doctor can also help her with her stretch marks, and she books herself in for an appointment to get rid of them.
She is then filmed in the surgeon's chair, lying back with protective glasses on and preserving her modesty with a hospital gown.
As the doctor gets to work, Kim mutters: "The things we do for beauty."

During the brand new episode, the rest of the family try to come to
terms with the fact that Bruce has moved out, with Khloe getting visibly
teary.But Kim seemed more worried about all the things she had on her plate, moaning as she lay on the bed:
"I have to get my nails done, I have to get a fitting. I can't even think of all the things I have to do."
