Looking fierce! Kim Kardashian resembles a warrior princess in TINY dress and gladiator heels... while Kanye West recycles last month's birthday outfit

Kim Kardashian is joining her fiance Kanye West at over 20 concerts on his Yeezus tour, so it's a good thing she can afford an extensive wardrobe.

And the reality star pulled out a winner on Saturday night, knocking Xena out of the park as she channeled a warrior princess when she and her rapper beau left their New York City apartment to high-tail it to Madison Square Garden.

But while the 33-year-old new mother showed off her toned physique in an incredibly tiny  dress, Kanye played it safe by wearing the exact same outfit he wore to his fiancee's Las Vegas birthday bash last month.

Kim has been working hard to sculpt her impressive post-baby figure, so she rightfully showed it all off in the very skimpy black suede dress.

The extremely tight number also happened to be extremely short, with the fabric coming all the way up to the very top of her thigh and doing an excellent job of showing off her particularly toned pins.

The long-sleeved garment featured squared shoulders and a high neckline, whilst a thick layer of suede tassels decorated the back of the dress almost like a cape.

Teamed with an elegant pair of high-heeled gladiator sandals, you would not have been blamed for wondering if Kim was planning to audition for the feisty role made famous by Lucy Lawless.

To make matters even more mythological, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star had her sleek tresses braided tightly down the side of her pretty head.

Her expression was stealth, precise and focused - as though she'd taken posing cues from her fiance - as she lead the way out of the couple's apartment with a dash of deep red lipstick on her well manicured face.

Kanye was an impeccable gentleman, first allowing his fiancee and mother of his five-month-old baby North to exit the building, before following dutifully behind her as they headed to his sold-out Yeezus tour.

It seems the Bound 2 rapper was less concerned with wardrobe innovation on this particular occasion, because he took the simple road by recycling the exact same outfit he wore to Kim's 33rd birthday bash in Las Vegas last month.

But then again, why fix it if it ain't broke?

It was easy enough to see why the music legend chose to re-live that particular wardrobe experience, because the elegant red blazer, simple grey T-shirt and his old favourite black leather trousers were a solid choice and certainly did Kanye plenty of justice.

The couple - who got engaged following Kanye's elaborate and romantic proposal on Kim's birthday last month - are currently traveling around the country as the rapper performs his critically acclaimed Yeezus show to sold-out crowds.

Their adorable baby girl North West - or Nori for short - is joining them for the journey.

And so is Kim's mother Kris Jenner, it seems, or at least she did on Saturday night
