It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas for newly single teen reality star Courtney Stodden as she went Christmas tree shopping Sunday with a handsome mystery man.
Courtney, 19, who famously married then 51-year-old actor Doug Hutchison when she was just 16 years old, looked as if she has happily moved on as she and a more age-appropriate suitor scanned the lot for the perfect holiday decoration.
Doug and Courtney announced their separation on November 1 and signed a legal separation on November 9.

Courtney stepped out for the weekend task scantily clad, as per usual, and in full makeup with her newly brunette hair carefully styled in long waves.
The petite star of Celebrity Big Brother UK wore a tight, black turtleneck tank that bared her midriff and accentuated her surgically enhanced bosom. She also wore high-waisted, skintight black-and-white houndstooth pants and wobbled along in her standard sky-high platform heels.
She carried a hot drink cup in one hand and in the other had a Louis Vuitton handbag and a festive Santa hat that she and her friend took turns trying on each other.

Her unidentified, dark-haired friend went for a more subdued look, wearing jeans and a black T-shirt with a cream colored sweater and black loafers. He was all smiles throughout the holiday errand.
At one point, he put his arm around Courtney's shoulder as they strolled along and he placed his hands on her hips as she playfully put the Santa hat on him.
Once they'd picked out a tree, the pair jumped into his truck together.

Is this the start of a new, demure Courtney Stodden? Just a few weeks ago (shortly after splitting up with her ex-husband Doug Hutchinson) she dyed her hair a more mature shade of brown, and now she's been spotted out in this daytime appropriate ensemble of high-waisted houndstooth leggings and a high-necked black cropped top. True her outfit was a bit skimpy for the December weather and her boots were better suited to a club than a garden centre, but still, this is progress!

Stodden dyed her platinum hair dark earlier this month, saying that she saw it as a huge risk and a step toward moving on.
'I thought this was kind of a good example to prove to myself that I can do it,' the TV personality explained to US Weekly while attending the Wowie Awards in Universal City, California on December 12.
'Lately I've been a little bit of a daredevil, and I'm trying to enter into the next chapter of my life,' Courtney told Us Weekly.
Courtney recently revealed the Hutchison rejected her offer to sign a prenuptial agreement because he trusted her implicitly and thought it was unromantic.

'He didn't want a prenup. So we've talked about what we want to do financially now,' the starlet told TooFab.com in late November.

'I feel like I may move out eventually but right now this is working out and we'll see where it takes us,' Courtney explained.
She also told FOX411 that their age difference was the main reason for the break-up.
