Speaking recently about her love of working up a sweat, Lucy said: 'There’s nothing like getting down and dirty in the gym. It makes you ready for anything. I still love being in the show and have now got into fitness.'
The timing of Lucy's belfie was also extremely appropriate, given that her ex-fiancé Mario Falcone has also been busy sharing shots on Twitter - of himself and his new girlfriend Pascal Craymer.
