It seems as if money is no object to the Beckham family.
Victoria
and David have reportedly just splashed out on a £40million house and
are said to be spending another £5million on renovations.
The
Sun reports that the four-storey mansion will include a hair salon for
Posh and two rooms to house her shoe collection. There will also be a
room for hairdressing, manicures and make-up.
Staff and security will have access to a tunnel which will take them unseen to a second property.
Miss the place? David is sad to be sad to sell their first family home
The couple have
already installed a sound system so that music can be played in every
room in the West London pad using a phone or computer and they are
planning on adding specially designed waterproof plasma TV's in every
bathroom.
Brooklyn, 14,
Romeo, 11, Cruz, eight and daughter Harper, two, will take over the
second floor of the house which has three bedrooms all with en-suite
bathrooms.
The lower
ground includes a study, a gym and massage room, three service rooms and
a small garden and there is an underground garage where David can keep
his fleet of cars.
David and Victoria have reportedly sold their Hertfordshire home, known as Beckingham Palace for £12 million.
According to the Sun On Sunday, the Beckhams decision to sell up was down to 'the beginning of a new era for the family.'
Sold! David and Victoria Beckham have reportedly
sold Beckingham Palace for £12 million, a 9.5 million profit from when
they bought it 14 years ago
A source told the
tabloid: 'David in particular was desperately sad to sell the family
home as their are so many memories there. They have had years of
happiness in the home, but practically now there is no need to keep it.'
The
Beckhams bought the 12-acre estate just three months after their
wedding, allowing Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 11, and Cruz, eight, to call it
home for a few years before their move to Spain then Los Angeles because
of their dad's footballing career.
The
price of the house - a 9.5 million profit from when they bought it in
1999 for 2.5 million - includes several sports cars, which reportedly
includes one of his favourite Ferraris, and in addition, two Jaguars and
the family's £2.6 million holiday home in France.
12 acres of memories: Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz all grew up in the Hertfordshire estate before David's career took them abroad
New beginning: The couple are hoping to move their family to west London, near to where their children go to school
The family of six have been staying in
the country mansion since returning from Los Angeles, after David's
football contract with LA Galaxy came to an end.
Now
the retired footballer has more time on his hands to focus on his kids,
as well as outside ventures including his new restaurant with pal
Gordon Ramsay, Union Cafe in Borough.
Best of both: The family will reportedly holiday
in LA during the breaks from their kids school so they can enjoy the
Californian sun
The Sun On Sunday also
report that they family hope to spend the school year in the UK , while
making sure they get to enjoy the Californian sun during their kids'
holiday.
The source said:
'They want the California sunshine for the kids but the education system
of the UK - so they're getting the best of both worlds.'
The
Beckhams will reportedly move out of the palace after Christmas,
allowing the new owners - supposedly a 'thrilled' husband and wife - a
fresh start for the new year just like the famous family they bought the
house from.
Mail Online have contacted David and Victoria's representatives for comment.

Kim Kardashian is joining her fiance
Kanye West at over 20 concerts on his Yeezus tour, so it's a good thing
she can afford an extensive wardrobe.
And
the reality star pulled out a winner on Saturday night, knocking Xena
out of the park as she channeled a warrior princess when she and her
rapper beau left their New York City apartment to high-tail it to
Madison Square Garden.
But
while the 33-year-old new mother showed off her toned physique in an
incredibly tiny dress, Kanye played it safe by wearing the exact same
outfit he wore to his fiancee's Las Vegas birthday bash last month.
Step aside, Xena! Kim Kardashian looked like a
warrior princess as she showed off her flawless figure in a very tight
black suede dress on Saturday as she and Kanye West headed to his NYC
concert
Walk that walk! The stunning mother absolutely owned the tight, flattering outfit
Kim has been working hard to sculpt
her impressive post-baby figure, so she rightfully showed it all off in
the very skimpy black suede dress.
The extremely tight number also
happened to be extremely short, with the fabric coming all the way up to
the very top of her thigh and doing an excellent job of showing off her
particularly toned pins.
The long-sleeved garment featured
squared shoulders and a high neckline, whilst a thick layer of suede
tassels decorated the back of the dress almost like a cape.
Yikes! The 33-year-old new mother wore her dress
dangerously high, but her rapper fiance stayed safe in the same outfit
he wore to Kim's Las Vegas birthday bash last month
Perfection: With her hair braided to the side
and her toned thighs on show, Kanye should have been well proud to be by
his fiancee's side
Teamed with an elegant pair of
high-heeled gladiator sandals, you would not have been blamed for
wondering if Kim was planning to audition for the feisty role made
famous by Lucy Lawless.
To make matters even more
mythological, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star had her sleek
tresses braided tightly down the side of her pretty head.
Her expression was stealth, precise
and focused - as though she'd taken posing cues from her fiance - as she
lead the way out of the couple's apartment with a dash of deep red
lipstick on her well manicured face.
Just like Kanye: Kim seemed to have been taking
cues from her rapper beau when it came to exchanging the smile for a
stealth gaze
Kanye was an impeccable gentleman,
first allowing his fiancee and mother of his five-month-old baby North to exit
the building, before following dutifully behind her as they headed to
his sold-out Yeezus tour.
It seems the Bound 2 rapper was less
concerned with wardrobe innovation on this particular occasion, because
he took the simple road by recycling the exact same outfit he wore to
Kim's 33rd birthday bash in Las Vegas last month.
But then again, why fix it if it ain't broke?
It was easy enough to see why the
music legend chose to re-live that particular wardrobe experience,
because the elegant red blazer, simple grey T-shirt and his old
favourite black leather trousers were a solid choice and certainly did
Kanye plenty of justice.
Mind your step: The famous couple stepped right into the gritty New York streets but seemed unfazed
The couple - who got engaged
following Kanye's elaborate and romantic proposal on Kim's birthday last
month - are currently traveling around the country as the rapper
performs his critically acclaimed Yeezus show to sold-out crowds.
Their adorable baby girl North West - or Nori for short - is joining them for the journey.
And so is Kim's mother Kris Jenner, it seems, or at least she did on Saturday night

Saturday night's episode of X
Factor was an extravagant one as the show was celebrating it's 10th
anniversary. This year's acts were challenged to sing hits from past X
Factor contestants.
Tamera
Foster caused the biggest furore on the show when she forgot her words
for the third time, despite vowing to make sure it didn't happen again.
Fifth to perform, she chose an emotional
version of James Arthur's winners single, Impossible which was
originally penned by singer Shontelle.
Slip up: Tamera Foster forgot her words again when she performed on Saturday night's X Factor
She
struggled last week after messing up her words once more and said, 'there's no room for mistakes anymore.'
But the shaky star seemed to fall victim to her nerves.
Tamera did however look gorgeous. She had cut her hair into a short blonde bob and she wore a metallic and black
short-sleeved top with a black pencil skirt which had a train at the
back.
Not good: Gary Barlow told her the shaky performance was hard to watch
After her performance,
Louis chastised her. He said: 'You have the potential to be a world class superstar
but what happened to the words? You can't do it anymore.'
Sharon
had a kinder approach and said: 'Don't get down on yourself. Listen
Missus, you tick all the right boxes. You've got it all going on. I
don't know what the problem is with the words. Imagine if you were lip
synching. All the wrong stuff would be coming out. But you are going to
be a star Missus.'
Gary
wasn't as impressed. He said: 'It was hard to watch. I don't know how
you solve this problem. It's excruciating watching this happen again...
It was in the wrong key and forgetting the words, it was really
difficult to watch, I'm sorry.'
Sweet sixteen: But the rest of her performance was strong and she stunned with her new blonde bo

Hollywood actor Vinnie Jones has revealed he and his wife Tanya are both battling skin cancer.
The 48-year-old former footballer, who played for Wimbledon, Chelsea and
Leeds United before embarking on a successful acting career, first noticed a lump beneath his right eye in February.
But it was only when he went to the doctor to have it checked out that the lump was a melanoma - a dangerous strain of the skin disease which kills around 2,000 people every year in the UK.
Vinnie has now vowed to fight the condition with ‘everything I’ve got’.
Ordeal: Vinnie Jones and his wife Tanya are both battling cancer, it has been revealed
Speaking to The Sun,
the star said: 'Cancer is a horrible word to hear. I've faced the
biggest and ugliest lads on the football field and been in some nasty
brawls. But this is my toughest and scariest opponent yet.
'When the doctor said I had skin cancer, the first thing I though was, "How long have I got?" '
The
lump was removed but two more growths were later discovered. Two months
ago Jones had a third operation to have a lump removed from the back of
his head.
'Outdoor life': Vinnie Jones, pictured playing for Wimbledon, blames his outdoor lifestyle for his cancer
Various pursuits: Vinnie acting on Elementary and appearing on Celebrity Big Brother back in 2010
The star is now being
monitored with regular check-ups.
Jones said: 'They have cut out three bits so far and I'm constantly worried now about where I could find it next.'
Jones, a recovering alcoholic who has
been sober for eight months, blamed his outdoor lifestyle for the cancer
- aggravated by his move to Los Angeles to pursue his film career.
Remarkably,
Jones’s wife Tanya, also 47, has also had a number of growths removed
over the past few years.
It is thought that her condition could be a
side effect of the drugs she has been taking following a heart
transplant 26 years ago.
Message to his fans: Hugh Jackman revealed this week he has been treated for skin cancer - and had a growth on his nose removed
News of Vinnie and Tanya's conditions come after Hollywood
star Hugh Jackman, 45, revealed last week that he has been treated
for skin cancer, and had had a small growth removed from his nose.
The
Australian actor posted a photograph of his nose online after the
procedure, and urged fans to seek medical advice if they have any
suspicious moles.
Jones said he hoped to work with Jackman to raise awareness of the cancer.
Over the past 25 years, rates of melanoma in the UK have risen faster than any other common cancer.
About
1,800 people die from melanoma annually in the UK. Even so, nearly 80
per cent of men and over 90 per cent of women are alive at five years
following treatment

His name has become synonymous with Saturday night entertainment after almost half a century of presenting.
But
as he prepares for another night in front of the cameras this weekend
with the latest live instalment of Strictly Come Dancing, Sir Bruce
Forsyth concedes that he can’t go on forever.
‘I
know I’m on borrowed time,’ he tells The Mirror. ‘How I’m still here I
just don’t know. I don’t know how, why or wherefore. But I’m not really
questioning it that much. The day will come and it could be tomorrow,
who knows?’
Scroll down for video
The main man: Sir Bruce Forsyth is his usual sprightly self with co-host Tess Daly, but he admits he can't carry on forever
The
TV veteran, now 85, sparked health fears after taking a week away from
the BBC show when he was struck down with the flu in October.
Bubbly
Claudia Winkleman replaced him while he recuperated at home, but Sir
Bruce isn’t ready to walk away from his role just yet.
Indeed,
over the Summer he was back to his sprightly best when he performed for
revellers at the Glastonbury Festival in Somerset.
‘When the time is up I’ll be ready for it,’ he said. ‘I probably won’t be very happy about it. But I’ll know it’s time to go.’
The
presenter admits the new clause in his Strictly contract that enables
him to take a much needed break - two weeks last year, three this year –
has given him a second wind, but should he walk away from the show he
insists he won’t be retiring.

He;'s still got it: Sir Bruce delights fans at the Glastonbury Music Festival
‘That’s the furthest thing from my mind at the moment,’ he said. ‘While I’m still able to walk and play golf I’ll work.’
His
decision to persevere may well have something to do with the crop of
celebs gracing the dance-floor on the current series, who he describes
as the ‘best yet.’
But while their fancy footwork gets the thumbs up, Sir Bruce says he often takes a dim view on some of their backstage antics.

Veteran: The 85-year-old presenter has hosted a string of hit shows, amongst them The Price Is Right

I'll ask the questions: Sir Bruce meets two contestants on The Generation Game

What a card: The presenter was the star of the show on Play Your Cards Right
‘I
never talk about the celebrities because I don’t think it is my job to
pick out favourites. But maybe I have thoughts like, ‘I hope they don’t
win because they have done something I don’t think is very
professional.’’
The
presenter began his career working the stage on Sunday Night At The
London Palladium before going on to front a string of game shows during
the 70s and 80s – amongst tghem The Generation Game, Play Your Cards
Right, The Price Is Right and You Bet!
Married
three times, Sir Bruce now divides his time between homes in Surrey and
Puerto Rico with his third wife, former Miss World Wilnelia Murced.

As a pop star and a new mum, Una Foden rises to the challenge of looking glamorous in public life.
But
the Saturdays star posted a tongue-in-cheek reference to the hard work
of being a mother when she shared a cheeky snap of herself in an amorous
pose in a toy-strewn room.
The
32-year-old posted an Instagram snap with husband Ben Foden, 28, in the
same pose as Kim Kardashian and Kanye West in the video for Bound 2.
The
couple, who are wearing jeans and T-shirts, straddle each other, with
Una sat on her 20-month old daughter Aoife's pink toy car with a Minnie
Mouse toy in a basket, while rugby star Ben is sat on the sofa.

Having fun: Una Foden copies Kim Kardashian's famous pose in her living room
She captioned it: 'Kim and Kayne eat your heart out! #nogreenscreen #checkoutthewheels LOL.'
But
her emulation of Kim Kardashian’s famous pose comes as a surprise given
that she recently said Kim’s curves are not her husband’s ‘cup of tea’.
She said that Kim’s recent ‘belfie’ – a selfie with a close-up of her derriere - didn’t appeal to her spouse.
She told MailOnline: 'The worldwide attention that that bum got!
'My
husband went, "No that is not my cup of tea". Not every man likes that
kind of bum. I’ve only got a tiny bum and it’s as flat as a pancake.

Steamy: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West pose together in the video for Bound 2
'I
did it [a 'belfie'] one time and I wanted to send it to Ben. So I made
it look nice and put it up on Instagram and then deleted it really
quickly. Kim's obviously very confident with her body.'
And
while the sexy snap didn't appeal to Ben, Una's bandmate Rochelle
admitted her husband, JLS singer Marvin Humes, was a big fan.
Speaking
at a fan signing even Westfield London's Carphone Warehouse, Rochelle
said: 'My husband definitely did like it. She's got a great behind, let
her go for it.’
Glammed up: Una and Ben Foden attend the Rugby For Heroes Charity Gala Dinner at Twickenham Stadium in London
Meanwhile, Mollie King joked: 'Every man loves that bum. The thing with Kim is if I ever met her now, I’d only be able to think about her bum!'
Meanwhile, as Aoife is growing up fast, Una says she feels ‘out of touch’ with newborns.
She said her bandmate Frankie Sandford, who gave birth to a son Parker last month, has not yet asked her for advice.
She
told Hello!: ‘Frankie is very confident in being a mum. She hasn’t
really asked Rochelle or I for advice but she knows we’d be there if we
needed her.’
‘The
truth is that I feel a little bit out of touch with small babies now.
As children grow you can easily forget what it’s like when they’re
really young being bottle-fed or breast-fed.

She knows how to steal the spotlight
with her outrageous fashion, but Lady Gaga proves that she can still
make a statement even when she goes low key.
The
27-year-old appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show, in a segment that
airs Monday, sporting long brunette hair and wearing a simple pink
dress.
But in true Gaga form, she added a pair of funky platform ankle boots to add a touch of quirkiness to the outfit.

Going Gaga: Lady Gaga appears on Monday's Ellen Degeneres show sporting new brunette locks and a low key pink dress
The singer appeared calm and relaxed as she talked about her boyfriend, Chicago Fire actor Taylor Kinney.
'He's a hidden weirdo. He is extremely strange, actually, and we complement each others' weirdness,' she told Ellen.
'That's
actually one of the first things he ever said to me. It's a Dr. Seuss
quote, that you find in someone else a "compatible weirdness". And it
was one of the first things he said to me.
Her man: The singer gushed about her boyfriend Chicago Fire actor Taylor Kinney
'When we first met we were on the set of the You and I video and I looked ridiculously crazy.
'When
we're putting together some of these set ups I get really excited about
what it all means and it's this scene where he's electrocuting me to
bring me back to life to the woman that he once loved.'
'And
you know, at the end of the day, he's my best friend and having your

added.

Lady
